This guide is quite the treasure trove for the would-be weather wizard! It walks you through hooking up sensors like a digital thermometers and moisture meters, which is great for those not wanting to get too deep into the weeds. The part about adding capacitors to prevent the DHT sensors from freezing up is particularly amusing – like giving them a tiny power-up hug. However, the section on thermistors is a bit of a rabbit hole, demanding manual mapping via the Edit Mapping menu, which sounds about as fun as tax forms. But hey, if youre willing to jump through those hoops for analog input, youve clearly got the dedication! All in all, its a thorough, if slightly demanding, look at bringing your ESP8266 projects to life with real-world data.

Thanks to fully standardized data protocols, it is possible to natively use with any tool supporting MQTT or HTTP exchange. Moreover, with the help of Node-RED or similar tool the data should be possible to collect and process in any database or data visualization tool. Unfortunately, I cannot give any specific information related to the ESP32 at the moment.

When you will support ESP32 ?
